Youth Mentoring for Girls Aged 11-17
What We Offer
Group Mentoring
Our Destined 2 Win group mentoring program provides a safe, supportive space where girls can connect, share, and grow together. Each session celebrates individuality while building confidence, self-esteem, and leadership skills.
Through interactive activities and self-esteem workshops, girls learn to recognize their worth, embrace their strengths, and develop their voices. These group experiences foster personal growth, meaningful friendships, and the tools needed to thrive in school, community, and beyond.
Book Club & Toastmasters
At Destined 2 Win, we believe reading and communication go hand in hand. That’s why our Book Club and Toastmasters sessions work together to strengthen both literacy and leadership.
In Book Club, girls dive into stories that inspire confidence, character, and purpose. Then, through Toastmasters, they practice presenting what they’ve learned—sharing book reflections, leading discussions, and developing their public speaking skills.
This collaboration not only builds reading comprehension and critical thinking but also boosts self-expression, confidence, and communication. Together, these programs empower our girls to find their voice, share their ideas, and lead with impact.
Activities & Crafts
Arts and crafts are an important part of Destined 2 Win, giving girls the chance to express creativity while building confidence and life skills. Each project fosters imagination, problem-solving, and perseverance, helping them discover their unique talents and feel proud of their accomplishments. By nurturing creativity, we help each girl gain confidence in her abilities, learn perseverance, and develop skills that will benefit her in all areas of life.
Career Day
Our Destined 2 Win Career Day gives girls the chance to meet and learn from inspiring professionals across a variety of fields. During these sessions, guest speakers share their career journeys, challenges, and successes, offering valuable insight into what it takes to succeed in today’s world.

Career Day exposes our girls to new possibilities, broadens their perspectives, and helps them connect their education to real-world opportunities. By hearing directly from role models, they gain encouragement, practical advice, and the confidence to dream big about their own futures.
Youth Zoom Connection
At Destined 2 Win, mentoring goes beyond in-person meetings. Our weekly Zoom sessions keep us connected, offering real-time support, encouragement, and guidance.
Virtual mentoring has been a powerful way to build relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and ensure every girl receives the consistent mentorship she needs to grow with confidence and purpose.
Financial Literacy
Our Financial Literacy course helps girls ages 9–17 build strong money management skills for lifelong success. Through interactive lessons and real-life examples, they learn how to budget, save, and make smart financial choices.

At Destined 2 Win, we teach girls that caring for their bodies builds both confidence and self-esteem. Through fun, engaging fitness activities, they learn how staying active strengthens their bodies, boosts their energy, and supports overall well-being.
These sessions encourage healthy habits, coordination, and a positive self-image—helping each girl feel good inside and out while building lifelong wellness skills.
Special Events
At Destined 2 Win, we create memorable experiences through trips, celebrations, and educational outings. From theme parks and holiday parties to tea parties and college visits, these activities provide fun, fellowship, and learning beyond the classroom.
