Our goal is to create a space for our girls to grow and provide them opportunities to learn what it means to give back to their community.

Community service is work that benefits others and strengthens the community around us. It is not paid work, but a way of volunteering your time, energy, and heart to make a difference. When we serve, not only does the community reap the benefits, but we also grow as individuals and leaders.
Community service can take many forms—supporting children, helping senior citizens, assisting people with disabilities, caring for animals, or even improving the environment. It can be organized through schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations, or created as a project led by students themselves.
At Destined 2 Win, community service is a core part of our Mentoring & Coaching Program. Through our Outreach component, we teach our girls the importance of giving back, helping others, and seeing service as a pathway to leadership. Each quarter, the girls participate in service projects that allow them to experience firsthand how their time and efforts can impact lives.

This not only provides opportunities for personal growth but also allows participants to earn community service hours that can be applied toward school requirements, honors, or even college applications. Most importantly, we want to impart in every girl that giving changes lives—both the lives of those served and the heart of the one who serves.

Fundraising

As part of the Destined 2 Win journey, our girls will also learn the value of fundraising. We believe this is more than just raising money—it’s about teaching responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. Fundraising allows the girls to take ownership in helping sustain the program, support special events, and give back to the community.

Throughout the year, families will be notified in advance of fundraising opportunities. These may include selling items, hosting events, or participating in creative projects. We encourage each girl to be actively involved, as it builds confidence and helps her understand the importance of working together toward a common goal.

By participating in fundraising, our young leaders learn that their efforts can create opportunities not only for themselves but also for others. It is another way we empower them to see that they are truly Destined 2 Win.
