About the event
Ladies, Mark your calendar and come out and be educationed on better way of living. This is a time of education, fun, fitness and FUNDRAISING. As you know we have a youth outreach and mentoring program for girl age 11-17. We are so honored that CoachMetrice Wingfield and her business "The New Me" has partnered with us in our efforts to raise funds to provide our year round services to our youth.

In order for us to make sure we have enough room for this workshop we recommend you register however payments will be accepted at the door
